An Overall Insight of your Portfolio

"Portfolio Insights" is a tool that helps check your Portfolio based on seven parameters, such as

  • Return

  • Risks

  • Diversification

  • Quality

  • Valuation

  • Liquidity

  • Financial Trend

The Portfolio Insight gives you the "Overall Portfolio Analysis." Under that there is "Portfolio Summary" and the "Key Factors." You can also see an "Overview of the Holdings" and the detailed view of the securities performance under "Deep Dive."

How to view Portfolio Insights ?

To view the Portfolio Insight, follow these steps:

  • Locate and navigate to the "Portfolio" page.

  • By default you will be on the "Holdings" page.

  • Click on the "Insight" option, and you will be redirected to the Insights page.

  • here, you can see that the Portfolio Insights has two sections: "Overview" and "Deep Dive."

  • You will be on the "Overview" page.

  • You can click on the "Deep Dive" option towards the right-hand side to go to the "Deep Dive" page.

Overall Portfolio Analysis

You can see the Overall Performance of your Portfolio.

  • Under Overall Portfolio Analysis, you can see "Portfolio Summary" and "Key Factors."

  • "Portfolio Summary" includes "Performance of your Portfolio Today," "The Opening rate", "The Opening rate", " The Day's High", "Stock Declining", "More Stocks Falling," and " Action in Market Cap."

  • Next you can see the Key factors such as "Return," "Risks," "Diversification," "Quality," "Valuation," "Liquidity," and "Financial Trend."

Deep Dive

"Deep Dive" gives you a detailed idea about the performance of the securities in your Holdings. You can get an idea about the Returns, Risk, Diversification, Quality Summary, Valuation, Liquidity Analysis, and Financial Trends.

  • Returns

  • At the top of the Deep Dive page you can see "Returns".

  • "Returns" gives you can an idea about the overall return percentage of your Portfolio.

  • You can also see the Underperformed Composite Index and the Composite Index Returns.

  • Risk

  • Here you can find the Risk level of your Portfolio.

  • Click on the "Detailed Risk Analysis" to get more information.

  • Diversification

  • Diversification of your Portfolio is a practice of spreading your investments around so that your exposure to any one type of asset is limited

  • Here you can see the concentration of your Portfolio, whether it is high or low.

  • You can also see the "Portfolio Construct," which shows "No. of stocks except tail stocks," "Top 3 holdings %," "Highest holdings," "Highest sectors," and "Allocation large cap."

  • Below there is an explanation according to your result.

  • Quality Summary

  • Beside Diversification, you can see "Quality Summary."

  • Here, you will get an idea about the current quality of your Portfolio i.e from Excellent to Below Average Quality.

  • Quality Summary is shown as a graphical representation.

  • Towards the bottom there will be a short summary about your Portfolio Quality for your understanding.

  • Valuation

  • Valuation of the securities is shown here. Valuation is a way to determine the value of the Securities.

  • This is also represented in graphical form.

  • Securities with the Expensive and Attractive Valuation is given below the graph.

  • Towards the bottom you can see a short Summary to understand the Valuation.

  • Liquidity Analysis

  • Next, you can see the Liquidity Analysis.

  • This is a way to examine a company's current financial health. Here, you can see whether there is a liquidity issue for your Portfolio.

  • This is also represented in graphical form.

  • You can see below the graph the security with the liquidity issue and why there is a liquidity issue in your Portfolio.

  • Financial Trend

  • Last one is the Financial Trend in your Portfolio. It is a study to identify trends that can be used to make the best investment decisions.

  • Here, the result of the company in the recent quarters is shown.

  • It is also represented in graphical form.

How to access the mojo analysis?

Mojo analysis is done by a third party named Mojo Markets Pvt. Ltd. to offer the 'Markets Mojo' product to the users. Mojo analysis is exclusively for equity stocks, and it will not include bonds, debentures, mutual funds, or ETFs. Mojo provides you a detailed analysis of your portfolio—holdings, dividend, return percentage, etc.

  • Go to your 'Portfolio.'

  • You will land on your 'Holdings' page.

  • Find the 'Insights' tab right next to it and click on it.

  • Under the 'Insights' section, click on the 'Deep Dive' button.

  • Scroll down towards the end of the page, and you will see the 'More Details' button. Click on it.

  • Now you will be navigated to the Mojo analysis page - https://www-mojo.geojit.com/portfolio-plus/investments
