The F&O Page is where you can view all your F&O contracts. These include all positions carried forward for the day plus any fresh positions you have taken during the day.
To see your "F&O", follow these steps:
Click on "F&O" on the Portfolio page.
The page will be divided into Open Positions and Closed Positions.
Under Open Positions, you can see the F&O contracts that are currently open
You can find details like Avg cost, last traded price, profit and loss, market value and product type of each position here.
After squaring off, you can find this position under the closed position tab.
In the top-right corner, you can quickly check your overall profit and loss. Plus, you have options to filter, group, and ungroup your F&O contracts, making it easy to organize your view just how you like.
